Return Policy

At AMORELLE, we are committed to the quality and uniqueness of our products. Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is defective upon receipt.

Should you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at theamorelle.clothing@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the defect. Once we verify the issue, we will initiate the process to provide a replacement for the defective item. Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Order Changes and Cancellation Policy

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly and efficiently, no changes can be made once an order is placed. This includes changes to the shipping address, size, or product style. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before checking out.

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. Shipping times vary based on location:

  • Domestic: 2-4 weeks

  • International: 3-6 weeks

Please note that all shipping times are estimates and can be subject to delays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

For international orders, AMORELLE is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country’s government. Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s regulations.
