1. Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the high standards of quality we maintain, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order is placed. Please ensure you review sizing and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Since each piece is handcrafted with care and precision, we kindly ask for your patience. Orders typically ship within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeline may vary slightly depending on production demands, but we are committed to keeping you informed of any updates.
3. Order Changes
- Modifications to orders (such as size adjustments) can only be made within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, we begin the crafting process, and changes will no longer be possible.
4. Shipping Details
- We ship internationally, with rates calculated at checkout based on location. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to monitor your delivery status.
